AI and Customer Data
DeepSpeed AI services may use AI models and related infrastructure to generate, summarize, classify, extract, draft, or analyze content. Inputs and outputs can include customer content, business records, email thread excerpts, prospect information, and operational context needed to complete the requested workflow.
- We do not use your proprietary customer data to train DeepSpeed AI models without your explicit consent.

- Generated outputs should be reviewed by an authorized user before use where accuracy, legal, compliance, or customer-facing decisions matter.
- We may retain prompts, outputs, evaluation signals, and audit metadata as needed to provide the service, troubleshoot, improve safety, calculate credits, and meet legal or contractual obligations.
Cookies and Analytics
We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, analytics tags, logs, and similar technologies to keep the application working, protect against abuse, remember preferences, understand usage, measure marketing performance, and improve our services. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, but some features may not work correctly without required storage.
